Patience over performance
Five-minute morning resets. Sixty-minute slow flows. Pick the length that fits the day you are actually having — not the day you wish you were having.
Practical yoga and breathwork for anyone whose mind moves faster than their body wants to.
100+ classes and growing · ad-free
Soul Anchor began for a simple reason: most of us do not need another application shouting at us to do more. We need a quieter room. A few square feet of floor. A teacher who does not raise their voice — and a library that is selective, not endless.
This is not a fitness platform. It is a place to practice. Our teachers are experienced working practitioners. They will offer modifications without ceremony, name alternatives without apology, and never ask you to do anything that hurts. We are pleased you are here.
— The Soul Anchor Studio A Place to Practice
Everything offered here rests on three convictions about how a practice ought to feel — convictions that have not changed since the door first opened.
Five-minute morning resets. Sixty-minute slow flows. Pick the length that fits the day you are actually having — not the day you wish you were having.
Modifications offered for every shape and pose. Chairs welcome. Props optional. Whatever body arrived today is the right body for the practice.
Quiet, ad-free, intentionally considered. No streaks shouting at you, no leaderboards. The habit builds itself, in its own time.
Experienced, certified teachers — different shapes, ages, and backgrounds. They make the practice available; they never make the student impressive.
One quiet, ad-free studio. Every class. Every teacher. Every length. Cancel any time — really.

A few of the things we are most often asked — and the calm, honest answers we have come to give.
Yes — and especially. The library is built to be entered slowly. Begin with any class marked “all levels,” sit on a folded blanket, and let the teacher guide you. There is no test, and no class you must take first. You will find your way back to your body, one short session at a time.
Three, primarily, and on purpose. Gentle hatha — slow, traditional, steady. Restorative and yin — long supported holds for rest and release. Breathwork and meditation — seated practice for when the body needs less and the mind needs more. We do not teach hot, power, or fast-vinyasa styles, and we say so plainly.
More than 100 guided sessions and growing. The library is selective rather than vast — we would rather offer classes you return to than a catalogue you scroll past. Every class is filmed quietly, lit softly, and free of advertising.
Experienced, certified working practitioners — different shapes, different ages, different backgrounds. They have lived in their bodies long enough to teach you how to live in yours, and they offer modifications without ceremony.
Very little. A mat is useful but not essential — a folded blanket on a rug will do. A second blanket and a firm pillow cover most restorative needs. A chair is welcome and used in several classes. We will not ask you to buy a single thing.
Yes, at any time, from your account page. There are no penalties, no minimum terms, and no cancellation forms to ring through. Charges will appear on your statement as soulanch.com. If you have any difficulty at all, write to us and we will see to it personally.
